In keeping with their culture of delivering exceptional service with a high level of integrity, ServiceMaster launched a training initiative on the topics of coaching, feedback, service, communication, and teamwork for their service infrastructure in the health care branch.
The Stratevative™ team designed, developed, and facilitated various training modules that would fit with the staff’s learning styles and work schedules without interruption of service. Training was conducted during staff meetings and design encompassed all aspects of learning styles from stories to simulations, games, and to group discussions.
Stratevative ™ master trained ServiceMaster’s facilitators to implement the modules in their partnership health care facilities across the United States.
