Our Founder

Melina Antypas is the Owner and President of Stratevative™ Learning International LLC. Ms. Antypas directs the strategic management of the company, consults to clients, and is the lead architect of customized development solutions for clients. A 20-year veteran of the adult learning field, she consults to clients across many types of industries, including pharmaceutical, supply chain, finance, and health care. Her expertise includes leadership development, sales management, organizational and behavior change, group facilitation, innovative learning solutions, annual conference design and delivery, performance and productivity management, and cross-cultural communications. She is passionate about impacting real business strategies and solutions through organizational and adult development.

Ms. Antypas’ professional experience includes organizations on the Fortune 100-500 list with employee populations up to 57,000 worldwide. She brings to her work an acute understanding of the convergence of financial, political, cultural and philosophical matters that impact global work. She has a deep respect for individual differences; and a great desire to support people who want to develop or create changes within themselves to support the strategic goals of their organizations.

Ms. Antypas obtained her B.A. degree from the University of Pittsburgh and is an inductee of the International Historical Society Who’s Who; and Madison Executive and Professional Who’s Who. She is well-traveled, speaks four languages, and is the author of internationally published articles on the topic of culture shock.
